Appointments & Payments

​

• We work by appointment only. The person(s) scheduling the appointment is liable for full payment of all services if other people in the wedding party do not pay their part

• Payments for all hair and makeup services taking place on the wedding day/ event must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment.

• Any last-minute clients need to pay a full non-refundable fee prior to starting the services. 

• If you choose to not turn up/ leave the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your entire amount is forfeited with no room for adjustment. Please understand that your “appointment” could have been used by someone else and we blocked this “time” to accommodate your request.

• Should you need to cancel/reschedule the appointment, the credit can be used within three months. No refunds are issued once payment has been made. Same applies to 1:1 workshops.

• Should you change your mind about the look during the appointment, an additional fee of 50% of the total individual price applies.

Pricing

​

• Prices do not include reusable lashes.

• Hair pricing depends on the density and length and is subject to change if it differs in person.

• Please note that all prices are subject to change.

Trials

​

• We highly recommend you book a trial for the look you have in mind especially if you’re the bride.

• Appointment is confirmed after a 50% retainer of the agreed total fee is made.

• The rest is payable on the day of the service. Any cancellation will result in your deposit being forfeited

 

Booking Fee

• Irrespective of a bridal/ non bridal booking, you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer, which under no circumstances is redeemable. However, it is transferable at the discretion of Glamfacesbypearly and must be used within 3 months.

Refunds

• Glamfacesbypearly does not offer refunds for any completed services.

• In an unfortunate event that you’re dissatisfied, you must notify the stylist whilst they are on location.

• Please also note that any change in makeup or hair look during the service would attract a fee of 50% of the total individual price of that service.

Timing

• We expect you to honour the time of the appointment

• Any service before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. attracts an extra fee of $40/hour.

• We are not responsible if the completion time is not met due to client delays. In an event of a delay caused by the client, a late fee will be charged in 10 min increments with a minimum being $1/minute.

Call out fee

• A fee of $2/km is charged for a round trip to the location where the services are required. Any toll/ parking fees is the liability of the client.

Hair Services:

• We expect you to come with washed and 100% dried hair for a hair appointment.

• Please ensure you’ve had a trim when you come in for styling services. 

• Blow-dry is an extra service. Final hair charges depend on the thickness, volume and length at the time of service. 

• Reference photos are a great guideline for inspiration, but a lot depends on your own hair colour, density and length too.

• Glamfacesbypearly reserves the right to refuse a hair service to anyone with scalp infections, dandruff or where there is a risk of cross contamination to others.

• All makeup/ hair photos will be published on our social media. Please inform us in writing “before” the appointment if you prefer otherwise.
